YUNITY Park, awarded at the RED Global Awards for the largest new leasing contract

YUNITY Park received the Biggest New Lease Contract Award at the RED Global Awards, an event hosted by Forbes Romania in partnership with RED Awards, for the leasing contract signed with Procter & Gamble Romania.

The award marks the recognition of one of the most important leasing projects in Romania’s real estate market in 2025 and confirms YUNITY Park’s positioning as a benchmark destination for companies that see the workplace as an essential part of the employee experience and organizational performance.

The distinction was received on behalf of Genesis Property and YUNITY Park by Elena Panait, Head of Leasing at Genesis Property.
