More than half want to work from the office at least 3–4 days a week, attracted by recreational andsocial activities that help boost their productivity

The balance between personal and professional life has become a priority for employees, and nearly 63% say they manage it better in 2025 compared to previous years. However, many feel there's still room for improvement: almost half would prefer a four-day workweek, according to a Genesis Property survey conducted in April–May 2025 on a nationally representative sample of 1,012 respondents.

Artificial Intelligence is becoming increasingly present in everyday life, both at work and at home, with its benefits—such as reducing time spent on repetitive and redundant tasks—being more appreciated than ever.

According to a survey conducted among 1,175 respondents nationwide by Genesis Property, 77% of employees use AI-powered tools daily or occasionally at work. Furthermore, 88% of respondents believe their office should have more automation tools to simplify their tasks, and 70% are eager to develop new skills in AI and automation systems.

With the support of generous donors, we successfully collected 62 liters of blood, giving 248 people a chance at life.

More than half of respondents now prefer to come to the office five days a week, while maintaining some flexibility in their schedule. This is why it is crucial to have as many initiatives as possible to support this cause.
